 Dumbbells [Light, Medium, Heavy], Bench, Timer, Loops & Bands

GluteWorkouts: 60  mins long
Supplemetal Workouts: 30-35 mins

NO – You will have links to all exercises to be preformed. You will have workout sheets, tracking sheets with direct links to exercises and a full exercise library

You will be given the option to count Macros, Calories or “hand” portions
Glute days: 200-500 cal more

Mike is consistently in the Fit HQ

Depending on which plan you select, the access can and will increase. 

Mike does a LIVE and trainings at least 2x a month in the Fit HQ

The Supplemental workouts have cardio and conditioning in them. 

Glute days are for gains and strength 

As I strongly suggest you do the Supplemental workouts as they are part of the program. Those workouts are ment to give the body and nervous system a rest from the 3 glute workouts.

IF you want opt out of a supplemental workout – its fine! Workouts should be built for life not restriction. Do not worry you did not ruin the program or your results. 

I would just suggest not doing an intense lower body focused workout on non glute days.

You can do at either. I designed the workouts to be universal.
