As I strongly suggest you do the Supplemental workouts as they are part of the program. Those workouts are ment to give the body and nervous system a rest from the 3 glute workouts.
IF you want opt out of a supplemental workout – its fine! Workouts should be built for life not restriction. Do not worry you did not ruin the program or your results.
I would just suggest not doing an intense lower body focused workout on non glute days.
